Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel a paid Handshakr plan at any time from your billing settings, without giving a reason and without contacting us.

Your plan runs to the end of the paid period

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the monthly or annual period you have already paid for. On that date it returns to the free Claimed plan. Your company profile stays listed and stays yours.

No refunds for part periods

We do not refund the unused part of a monthly or annual period, whether you cancel, downgrade or stop using the service. If a payment fails, the plan is not upgraded until a payment succeeds.

Where we will refund

Where we materially reduce a paid capability you rely on and you choose to end your plan as a result, we refund the unused portion of your fees, as set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy affects rights you have by law.

Prices shown include UK VAT at the standard rate where it applies.
